A guide was suggested for our visit to Pompei. We were happy that the arrangements for our guide was Emiliano Tufano. He not only has a degree in archaeology but his knowledge of the ruins were deep. He spoke excellent English and discussed the area in simple, understandable terms. We highly recommend Emiliano to anyone visiting this area. He was a delight.
